What’s the most important part of your morning routine?

I’m going to sound like every YouTube video ever, but meditation is essential for me. Getting intentional about how I want to show up in my day always makes it a better one. I use this app called Insight Timer which is free and has thousands of meditations to choose from.

What was your best Halloween costume?

In college, my best friends and I went out as Spongebob, Penny, Chip, and Used Napkin. If you know, you know.

What’s your ideal superpower?

To be able to speak every known language fluently. How cool would that be?!

What’s inside your favorite cocktail?

Aperol, prosecco, and club soda—I’ll never say no to a spritz.
