What motivated you to become a designer (or current role?)

Both my grandfather and father were general contractors and so I grew up around construction sites and heavy equipment. I wanted to do something creative, and so architecture felt like the natural choice.

What does successful workplace culture mean to you?

An office that inspires employees to become friends.

What was your first job?

During summer breaks, I worked on an assembly line packaging banana chips at a wholesale distributor. I don’t go near dried bananas anymore.
