Have you ever gotten lost on purpose?

I traveled to Iceland in 2019 and all I booked was a rental car. I knew I couldn’t get too lost on the island. All I had to do was keep the water out the left or right door and I would generally know where I was… It was an amazingly spontaneous trip filled with random left and right turns that made for one of my most memorable trips.
