What does successful workplace culture mean to you?

I think successful workplace culture means going above and beyond, not only during work hours but after as well, to create an enjoyable and exciting place to work. It is producing an environment that encourages individual personalities and group socialization while staying on brand of what the company wants to project. It’s about caring about your employees needs and interest to ensure that they are following their careers rather then just going to their jobs.

If you had to pick one word that best represents Bergmeyer's culture, what would it be, and why?

The word I use to describe Bergmeyer’s culture is supportive. They always give 110% when supporting their employees, clients, and community. They are very invested in the career growth of their employees and helping them achieve their goals. There are constant opportunities to give back to the local community and as always the clients and their projects receive an incredible amount of attention.

Do you have a talent (outside of being your talented self at Bergmeyer) that you are proud of?

I love photography! I take a lot of photos of nature and places I see while traveling, really anything that inspire me!

What is your favorite productivity tool?

Sticky notes, if it's a busy week then they are all over my desk at work and at home!

What inspires you?

I find inspiration in almost everything. But I find it most in situations that don't work smoothly. It makes me think about how it can be improved through design.

What’s your ideal superpower?

Teleportation. It would probably solve 90% of my problems.

What do you listen to when you’re in the zone?

I listen to a LOT of audio books and podcasts. The stories keep me going at a good pace throughout the week.

In a parallel universe, what is your profession?

I'd be a travel blogger. Work anywhere and get paid to travel the world.

What’s the best live music show you've seen?

The 2017 Intimissimi on Ice show hands down. It consisted of Andrea Botticelli singing opera in the Arena di Verona while ice skaters preformed Greek mythology stories. I have never experienced anything like that in my life!

How do you take your coffee?

Iced with a pump of mocha and a splash of milk or hot with milk and cinnamon.
