Have you ever gotten lost on purpose?

Yes, I love getting lost on purpose. How do you know where you are unless you turn down the road? I love exploring new turns and finding shortcuts. I rather drive down a peaceful road which takes more time to get to my destination; then to drive in bumper to bumper traffic.

What’s the most important part of your evening routine?

To be home. “Home” is grounding, it recharges your battery and lets you recover from the day.

What’s inside your perfect smoothie?

Banana, spinach, chia seeds, almond milk and PB powder. Best smoothie ever.

What’s the best conference you've been to?

Last year I went to the Massachusetts Conference for Women in Boston, MA and Elizabeth Gilbert was an opening night speaker and she was amazing. Very down to earth and in the moment. I remember her explaining to the crowd that she asked her followers on Facebook, “What they wish they had more of in a day?” And most of the people said, “Time.” And the crowd grew silent, and she said, “I’m going to repeat myself. I asked a group of followers on, FACEBOOK…what do they wished they had more of in a day?" And this time the crowd broke out laughing. It’s simple, but true. We spend so much time online now a days that we need little reminders to unplug and be in the moment. If you need more time, find a way to make it happen.

Dogs or cats?

Both! I love animals. I have one cat but have always wanted a golden retriever.

Coffee or tea?

Coffee, Coffee, Coffee...I can drink coffee all day long. I’m cold, let’s have a hot cup of coffee. I’m tired. Let’s have a cup of coffee. It’s Sunday morning and I just woke up from a long and restful sleep, it’s coffee time.

What's your favorite season?

I love fall. I love the change of leaves, and the crisp fall air. I love wearing long sleeve t-shirts, drinking hot apple cider and pumpkin spice everything. See, fall starts the holiday season for me. I start decorating my house in fall and it continues through Easter.
