Bergmeyer is pleased to announce our California Closets San Francisco Showroom 2.0 prototype design recently won the Silver Award in the Service Retailer category at the annual Shop! Design Awards. Held on March 29th at GlobalShop in Las Vegas, the Shop! Design Awards celebrate and recognize the best new designs in retail environments and experiences.

“The Bergmeyer team perfectly captured the essence of our brand in this award-winning showroom design,” said California Closets CEO Bill Barton. “Collaborating with our professional design consultants, our clients can now visualize and experience their custom organizational solution even before making a purchase. It is an honor to be recognized with such a distinguished award that underscores the terrific response we are already receiving from clients.”

The California Closets Showroom 2.0 program reflects the company’s longstanding history in innovation and further elevates its original model based on in-home consultations. The space’s interactive environment showcases California Closets’ unique product offerings, while the showroom’s central “Design Studio” encourages collaboration between customers and interior design consultants.

“Our goal from the start was to develop a design that would be iconic for the California Closets brand and one that was in full alignment with all channels of the customer experience,” said Bergmeyer Senior Principal Joe Nevin. “What our collective teams designed not only exceeds our expectations, but our client’s clients as well.”
