The ability to consistently think outside the box; the drive to expand our horizons; and our shared approach to collaborating with each other and the world … this is what sets a “Bergie” apart from the rest.

Behind the Bergmeyer brand is a team of exceptionally talented individuals with remarkably unique abilities as designers, architects, and strategists. Our people are critical to Bergmeyer’s continued evolution as a Design Collaborative, embracing proactive partnerships and an empowering approach to design.

The challenges of 2021 continue to ripple throughout the world and our industry. With the strength of our team, we adapted with a new strategic direction and a focus on the future. We are proud to announce the promotions of our colleagues who have proved to embody the core traits of Bergmeyer time and time again, playing an integral role in the firm’s continued success.

At the leadership level, Bergmeyer welcomed one new member into the Principal tier:

“As a practitioner, Brian is laser-focused on business and design, actively leading several project teams, creating leadership pathways for his fellow Bergies, and unendingly dedicated to the client," said Mike Davis, President of Bergmeyer.

"And as a person, Brian is a fearless but effective coach, candid and up-front but also fair and measured. His eyes are clearly on the horizon and he truly loves this firm. We are fortunate to have him as a colleague, a partner, and a Principal.”

We are also pleased to recognize three new Associates. These forward-thinking individuals are recognized for their impact on others inside and outside the firm. Supporting their colleagues through knowledge-sharing, creating opportunities for growth, and patiently teaching and mentoring others, Associates regularly demonstrate and exemplify Bergmeyer’s values. For their continued contributions to our team and our company, we are honored to recognize the following new Associates:
