What motivated you to become a designer (or current role?)?

Family vacations to Walt Disney World growing up. I loved being immersed in their full-sensory experiences. WDW inspired my college thesis and my goal now is to always put a little fun & magic into each project.

What does successful workplace culture mean to you?

Everyone’s voice is heard and work-life-balance is put into action by leadership. Bergmeyer does this really well!
