Bergmeyer Announces 2022 Leadership and Practice Promotions

As a Design Collaborative, our team comprises a range of experiences and abilities, setting us apart as an entity that can offer a diverse suite of offerings to our clients.

At the leadership level, Bergmeyer elevated six team members into its Associate tier, two Senior Associates, three Associate Principals, and one Principal.

These forward-thinking individuals are recognized for their impact on others inside and outside the firm. Collaborating with clients to realize their business goals, supporting their colleagues through knowledge-sharing, creating growth opportunities, and patiently teaching and mentoring others, our leadership team regularly demonstrates and exemplifies Bergmeyer’s values.

Bergmeyer welcomed Christian Davies into the Principal tier:

We have welcomed Emily Bowers, Jen Shiminsky, and TJ DiFeo into the Associate Principal tier:

In addition to key leadership advancements, Bergmeyer announced Design Practice Leader promotions for team members who demonstrate significant expertise in their dedicated areas of practice. They practice with purpose and creativity, innovating our approach to projects, practices, and collaborations.

Bergmeyer is pleased to recognize two new Design Practice Leaders, John Piacitelli and Rachel Lanzafame, on our team:

Bergmeyer also recognized advancements at the Senior Practitioner level. These candidates exemplify a level of professional expertise worthy of special recognition, regularly demonstrating expertise in their work and collaborative approach with teams and clients.
