Say hello to a restaurant experience of the future: Virtual Restaurants! These delivery-only restaurant brands operate in existing restaurants or haunt ghost kitchens.

Why should we care?
Due to their digital nature, chefs can test out their new food concepts with minimal risk. And being based online can establish a strong brand with all the digital buzz they receive! Depending on their reception, these restaurants can take their businesses from the cyber-verse to reality.

What is it?
Enter the luxurious world of Decadent Dining! Featuring over-the-top spaces, reinvented menus, and private dining rooms, decadent dining takes a meal to a whole new level.

Why should we care?
Everyone deserves a treat every now and then. These curated dining experiences can transport you and your companions. You can expect food served in crystal, five-star vegetarian cuisine, and French dishes with a modern twist! Trés chic!

What is it?
Over the last year, enterprising restaurants moved outdoors to keep business flowing. Guests willing to brave the elements can enjoy a fantastic meal and energized atmosphere through Outdoor Dining 2.0.

Why should we care?
Outdoor dining seats can be as coveted as the corner stools at the bar. In addition to providing safety to dining during COVID-19, outdoor seating adds a new layer to the restaurant experience, especially when played up with offerings like fire pits, s’mores, igloos, and heating and cooling solutions. Outdoor dining 2.0 is an extension of a restaurant's dining room, complementing and enhancing the guest experience.

What is it?
Are you into Gourmet @ Home? Innovative restaurants have started extending their offerings from their kitchens to yours! Offering limited-run food items and virtual events and classes, you can become the Michelin star chef of your household.

Why should we care?
Restaurants can expand their brands past brick and mortar locations and into the comfort of homes through meaningful offerings beyond old-fashioned take-out. Restauranteurs and guests can connect through experiences such as baking alongside professionals, purchasing signature sauces and offerings to enjoy at home, or even receiving delicious, oven-ready meals prepared by your favorite dining establishments.
