Built in collaboration with Bergmeyer and shaped by co-owner Babak Bina’s personal touches, the main dining room evokes a pintxo bar lifted straight from the alleys of San Sebastián’s Old Town: a zinc-topped counter, communal tables, exposed beams, custom hand-painted stone motifs, and flashes of green and red tile nodding to the Basque flag.
