Fit Factory

The expansion of Fit Factory's full-service health clubs ushered in an opportunity to rethink and refresh their brand. Known for its amenities and boutique fitness services, Fit Factory wanted to refine the look, feel, and tone of voice for their new locations. Bergmeyer was introduced to the Fit Factory team through a mutual connection. Our in-depth experience collaborating with our clients to identify and realize on-point branded environments got their attention. In addition, our ability to manage and execute national rollouts launched our partnership with Fit Factory.

Continuity was one of the most important goals of our work with Fit Factory. We approached this project with a 360-degree viewpoint through branding, graphic design, and architectural design services. Fit Factory’s fitness clubs require many programs, and together we focused on creating environmental consistency at each location. Each site offers Functional Fitness Interval Training (FFIT) and personal training with an indoor track area, group fitness classes and studio experiences, childcare services, a women's only fitness room, and locker rooms with saunas to unwind after a workout. Our design team thoughtfully considered the end client's needs, carving out the proper zones for programs and amenities that Fit Factory is known for within the open space of each location's unique footprint.

Creating a consistent yet distinctive quality of experience in every location required diligent space planning. A thorough understanding of the customer's journey and perspective was also needed to make informed design decisions. Our team also recruited outside consultants to help enlist national vendors' services, comparing the skillsets, materials, and best pricing for each health club.

The results of our partnership with Fit Factory can be experienced at each new location where members share a consistently supportive and motivational journey.
