Aloft Hotel
Bergmeyer's next foray into the Marriott portfolio, the Aloft Lexington renovation proves that brand standards and bold design can coexist beautifully.

Located in Lexington, Massachusetts, the Aloft Lexington marks a milestone as Bergmeyer's first Marriott Brand hotel, a 68,654-square-foot interior renovation that breathes new life into an existing four-story, 136-unit property. Serving a hospitality owner and developer with a vision for a fresh, energized guest experience, Bergmeyer was brought on as a Marriott preferred vendor to lead the standard prototype renovation across guestrooms, corridors, and all public spaces.
Guided by a thorough review of Marriott Brand documentation, Bergmeyer balanced the client's design aspirations with the precise requirements of brand standards, delivering on both schedule and specifications for finishes and FF&E. A highlight of the project was a meaningful collaboration with Bergmeyer's in-house graphics team, resulting in custom artwork and graphic installations at the headboard wall, closet drapery, pool bathroom, and Grab n' Go wall, adding a layer of storytelling and personality unique to this location.
True to the Aloft brand's eclectic spirit, the design palette is playful and purposeful, anchored by strategic pops of color that energize the spaces without overwhelming them. Bergmeyer provided full Architecture of Record, Interior Design, and Graphics services, alongside custom FF&E procurement and direction, ensuring every detail of the guest experience felt cohesive, current, and unmistakably Aloft.
